Engineering Development Phase
This phase refines prototypes into functional, testable products, optimizing for performance, usability, and manufacturability through detailed design and integration.
Design for Manufacture (DFM)
The product is prepared for scalable, cost-efficient production by optimizing materials, design, and manufacturing processes based on anticipated volumes and target costs.
Production Setup
This stage establishes manufacturing processes and ensures supply chain readiness, providing documentation, assembly instructions, and tooling initiation for production.
Manufacturing Management
Embedism provides end-to-end support, managing production partners, suppliers, and quality assurance systems to ensure consistent results and adherence to engineering standards.
